CAIRO, Oct 28 (Aswat Masriya) -Numan Gumaa, liberal politician and former head of Wafd Liberal party, passed away at the age of 80 in a hospital in the French Capital Paris, reported the state-owned news agency MENA. 

The Egyptian attorney was the fourth head of Wafd Party and ran for the presidential elections in 2005, he came in third.
