CAIRO, Dec. 6 (Aswat Masriya) - Prosecutors ordered on Sunday the detention for four days of the three suspects arrested as part of an investigation into a recent deadly attack on a nightclub overlooking the Nile in Cairo's twin city Giza.
They were charged with "murder and arson" for the attack that took place early on Friday.
After the third suspect's arrest on Saturday, state news agency MENA said police are searching for fourth and final suspect.
The three suspects were arrested on Friday and Saturday. Egypt's interior ministry said two of them confessed to using Molotov cocktails and gunfire in the attack on the nightclub, which left 16 people dead.
The fire and smoke created by the Molotov cocktails caused many victims to suffocate.
The two suspects added that two others helped them carry out the attack and that their motive was "revenge" for being barred from entering the nightclub, the ministry said.
The manager of the business said there was "no dispute". "They do not know us and we do not know them," he said in a state news agency MENA video, filmed outside the burnt down facility.
"This is their criminal activity. They live off thuggery," he said.
