CAIRO, Mar 23 (Aswat Masriya) - Egypt replaced 10 ministers on Wednesday in a limited cabinet reshuffle that includes the justice, finance, investment and tourism portfolios, among others, Egyptian state television announced. 

The new ministers, who took the oath of office before President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi today, are Said Galal for the transportation portfolio, Dalia Khorshid for investment, Khaled al-Anani for antiquities, Sherif Fathy for civil aviation, Amro al-Garhi for finance, Yahia Rashed for tourism, Mohamed Abdel Aaty for irrigation, Mohamed Mahmoud Saafan for manpower, and Ashraf Mahmoud Qadri for the public business sector.

Also a new justice minister, Mohamed Hossam Abdelrehim, has been appointed after Ahmed al-Zend was dismissed as Justice Minister on Mar. 13 over remarks about Islam’s Prophet Mohamed. Zend had said in a talk show that he would jail a lawbreaker regardless of who he or she is, even if it is "the prophet”.  

The new antiquities minister, Khaled al-Anani, holds a Ph.D. in antiquates from Paul Valéry University of Montpellier in France. He is 45 years old. He was the director general of the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities until October 2015.

Sherif Fathy was Chairman of EgyptAir Airlines Company before he was appointed Minister of Aviation today. Born in 1963, Fathy previously held leading positions at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Northwest Airlines in the United States. 

New Investment Minister Dalia Khorshid, 42, was Group Treasurer for Orascom Construction Ltd.
