The Ministry of Foreign Affairs received the results of the second phase polls of expatriate Egyptians from all the Egyptian embassies and 11 Egyptian consulates around the world. Out of Country Vote was by electronic ballots that voters downloaded and sent by mail or in person to the Egyptian embassies or consulates.

Dr. Amr al-Agmawi, member of the coordinative elections commission told MENA that the results were being gathered to be sent to their corresponding constituencies according to voters’ national ID numbers. The votes will be finally added to the total number of votes in every constituency.
